Smart Words rip-off!! Whats with this login stuff ( cant say the expletive I really want to say here! Password to get into my gadget, password for this, login for that! Forget this ****!!! I just want to pass some time; not login here & there! You are getting too full of yourself. Let me play a game I paid you for without this roadblock or refund my money, dagnab it!!!! You darn idiots!!!! Super dissatisfied customer! Delete game as it isnt worth the hassle.

I just downloaded the app because I love these word games, but I cant even log in to play the game!!! Whats the deal?!

Hard to rate an app that wont let you login. Looks like it might have been fun.

Tried multiple ways to log into this game Facebook new user - everything they had listed, nothing would work - kind of hard to play when you can even login the first time... Quite the bummer I was really looking forward to trying out this game. Hope you guys can get the login fixed.

having to login with email every time is ridiculous. you even have to login with email if you swipe between apps. until this is fixed its delete time.

I very much enjoyed my first two turns of this game, but since then I have not been able to log in. All log in options return an error. I will happily update this review to 4 or 5 stars once I can play the game again.

I installed this app last night..today Im unable to log in. It requests email and password every time but doesnt recognize it. Screen locks up..good thing it was free!!

ZERO Stars! Cant even login! The game could be brilliant, but how the hell would I even know?!

Dont want to have to login to play.

Add me to the list of people who have been unable to play this game due to login issues. Smart Words APPEARS to work with gamecenter but doesnt so there isnt anyway to invite an opponent to a game without using Facebook (which you would be a fool to do). For all I know, the screenshots of the game in the App Store are photoshopped fakes. To make you think there is a real app to play. Total fail.

I like the game very much. However, I cannot turn the sound off nor find such an option. It is very loud and causes me to be unable to use the game except when Im alone. I would really appreciate being to mute the game. Even muting the iPad does not mute the app! If this issue were rectified I would rate the app five stars.

I love being able to play against someone I know or with anyone who happens to be available when I am ( random opponent). I havent had any request to sign in except very first time. Game Center automatically comes up each time I open the app.

Update: I got iOS8 and rebooted a couple of times and now the game is working fine for me and 3 other friends. I love it! Way better than scrabble or WWF. A couple of very minor quirks occur occasionally but no more than WWF. Update 10.10.14 The issues I encounter still, weeks after my above review include: 1.) Incorrect syllable counts for points. I played a four syllable word and got credit for 2. 2.) My friends and I receive several Game Center banners that dont apply. We get the same banners every game, multiple times, including First Word and Big Spender (or something like that). 3.) When the ? Space is used, the total score for the word isnt the score actually given for the word. Perhaps this is intentional given the nature of the square but if so, dont display the score for the word. 4.) The notification bubble seems to only be able to show 2 regardless how many actual moves I have waiting. I still enjoy the game, even with the above annoyances but I hope the developer will live up to their own name and improve things.
